Doctor Lushe is very unprofessional and Doesn't care about his patients My daughter was under his care. And he didn't treat her at all. HER mental status got worse.i wouldn't recommend him to anyone .
The staff are EXCELLENT!! Let’s talk about the front desk staff for a moment , they ALWAYS answer on the first couple of rings , they’re friendly , they don’t judge you , they listen to your problems, and fulfill all of your needs! The doctors and the nurse practitioner are AWESOME! If I could give 100,000 stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Called because I needed help, and the receptionist laughed at me.
Incredibly unprofessional and difficult to work with. Dr. Smith was regularly 15 minutes late to the virtual appointments, once being a whopping 75 minutes late. Their office staff is difficult to schedule with and incapable of answering simple questions. When I asked to transfer doctors I was told okay and that it would be taken care of but come time to transfer officially and there was a mountain of issues. I would not recommend this facility.
