Dr. Eapen has been my doctor for a couple of years now. He is very thorough, never seems like he's in a hurry and always asks if you have anything at all you'd like to go over with him. He also encourages questions, which a lot of doctors don't really have time for. I'm very happy with Dr. Eapen and if he leaves LSCC and goes into private practice, I'll follow him!
You cannot talk to the office of your Dr direct if you have a question, it all goes to a main phone bank of setting up appointments and that's it.
Don’t bother! I was left on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up and asked for a call back. Seven minutes into that call, I was told that the MD requested would not see me unless I saw a PA in their practice first (on a different day). That sounds like a ploy to collect two sets of fees to me. I expressed to them that the insurance they are contracted with showed this MD as the first in network MD on their list and was told it was because they didn’t have updated information. Dr Eapen is an absolute jewel! My husband has been seeing him for awhile and we have been very pleased. Dr Eapen is thorough in his assessment and speaks directly to my husband with words that he can understand. Thank you for your great care!
