Dr. Eapen ignored me constantly during the hardest 3 years of my life trying to take care of my mother. I said from day ONE it was dementia and she was getting worse he proceeded to treat her for mental health and gave her seroquil. Me and my father went through 3 years of hell dealing with her anger outbursts I requested she be formed to prevent harm to herself myself and my father to which he ignored so one day I finally Formed her myself. Dr. Eapen has been our family doctor for years, and we couldn’t ask for better care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never makes us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. He remembers the little details, follows up when needed, and always creates a welcoming, respectful environment. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. We feel very lucky to have him.
Dr. Eapen and his staff are great; he has been our family doctor for years. He is very thorough and always shows compassion. The front desk nurses are also very kind and helpful. As mentioned in another review, it would be an unfortunate experience to find another caring doctor when Dr. Eapen retires.
