I was really intimidated by all these bad reviews, but the team and Doctor Coughlin really impressed me, so nice and helpful, willing to answer all my questions. Quick and understanding. I also didn't reach them on the phone but once you've got your appointment via Tricare you're good! Will come here again! Thank you guys

I have been calling them for 6 hours. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!
Staff is great and friendly, but every time labs are ordered it seems to go wrong. This is the second time I’ve shown up for labs in the morning only to have my time wasted because it wasn’t ordered or it expired (who limits the order for a few days???). Why is the lab not able to reissue the order themselves?????? Labs open at 7am and family medicine opens too late to fix it and get it done in the morning. Too much wasted time to do something so administratively SIMPLE.
