Helpful and turned me into right direction for health care
I saw a PA for the long list of current injuries I have. She was rude blunt and told me she could only attend to one of my current injuries while doubting my severeness of pain level. I literally showed her my finger as a second problem (my finger is broken and bent) she shrugged and said make another appointment for it. I’m National Guard and a health care professional on the civilian side. Disgusted on the treatment and care she provided.
The front desk staff would benefit from retraining, particularly in displaying friendliness. One of the representatives ate her meal at her workstation while conversing loudly with a colleague, making it difficult for me to hear my appointment details.
I was really intimidated by all these bad reviews, but the team and Doctor Coughlin really impressed me, so nice and helpful, willing to answer all my questions. Quick and understanding. I also didn't reach them on the phone but once you've got your appointment via Tricare you're good! Will come here again! Thank you guys
