I've had the same experience with Ealum Estates. The Ealum's are disrespectful, rude, unprofessional people. They want their rent money on the 1st of every month not a day later but when you call them for work repairs on their property they won't respond. Within 1 year of living in one of their units we had faulty wiring which started a fire in the middle of the night with my kids and I asleep. DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE AND RENT OR EVEN BIGGER RENT TO OWN FROM EALUM EASTATES!! If I could give zero stars I would!! They are nothing but money hungry, disrespectful, individuals! I was warned about them as soon as it was to late for me to back out, because I already paid them almost four thousand dollars and signed a contract to rent to own a double wide, but I should have just took my losses then and left.
