DO NOT HIRED THIS COMPANY! Marlon Sanchez is a crook in my experience, and this situation feels like fraud. I paid him a deposit back in July 2025 for a landscaping job. He scheduled multiple times and never showed up, never called, and completely ghosted me for long periods. When I finally reached him, he claimed he lost his phone and rescheduled — then did the same thing again. After weeks of chasing him, he eventually showed up but said he couldn't do the work because the front lawn requires dirt which he need more money ... read more

July 2025 update: my sister's mother-in-law, who has worked with EAH for 30+ years, became aware of this situation and called Marlon to tell him he had to make it right. After several follow-ups from her, he finally called my husband and offered to fix the issue at a discounted rate, blaming a lost phone number for not calling us back (even though he called us on my husband's cell phone and not the number my family member provided) and his crew for the poor work. Very poor customer service- not open to any feedback and unbelievably rude. They ruined my grass by using a ride on mower. Very poor value for money.
