Hi I’m a prospective tenant and I wanted to share how wonderful Joseph has been every time I call to find out the status of an opening for an apartment. He’s very patient and reassuring and won’t tell you anything but the truth regarding availability. I’d much rather have the honesty unlike other places I’ve inquired about that make false promises. If this is any indication of how the tenants are treated and respected, it’s certainly a place I’d like to call home!
My husband & I have been residents of Eagleview for over 20 years. Shout out to current property manager, Ms. Nancy Rosas, leasing agent, Mr. Joseph Arzola, maintenance supervisor, Kevin Ford, & maintenance man, Josh. This team is by far the best as they respond immediately to any maintenance request or any type of request. Been trying to call for days. They never answer and the voicemail is full. Not a good first impression.
I love it here. I have wonderful caring neighbors. The people who work in the office and take care of the units and grounds are caring and helpful. Complex is close to conveniences, helpful for seniors who don’t have to drive too far.
I really don't want to give it any stars they called me and stated that my name came up for an apartment. I called and was supposed to meet the person at the rental office to bring my paystubs however I was told not to come because I made 320.00 over,I'm 55 years old sleeping on my family's sofa I told him that and he stated that he was removing my name from the list and moving on to the next person.
