Lack of management enforcement resulted in out-of-controlled kids playing in the streets, throwing their trash on the grounds, adults parking in No Parking Zones for hours, door slamming numerous times throughout the day, and allowing tenants to move in others that aren't on the lease I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy until under new management in the process of looking for a new place to live…
Management has no control over tenants & their kids I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you care about your rights & privacy.
Garbage disposal was out for over a year before it got fixed. Stove the same. Now the heat is out with a heat advisory. Called multiple times, no one came out. No call back or anything.
I've lived here for over 2 years and had a good experience. Also very reasonable rent. Nice apartment.
Edit: Four years later, we still live here, so that says something - mainly that rent is a lot more expensive everywhere else. The property manager is unpleasant, complaining about other tenants by name and seems to really resent having to "deal with" diverse, low-income tenants. Our dishwasher has broken completely twice; each time we've waited almost a YEAR for it to be fixed. Work orders regularly disappear.
