Took our iPad to Eagle' Wings Technologies to see if they could remove the broken headphone Jack. They took it back for less than a minute and it back saying they could not remove jack but in trying they damaged the port!! Unfortunately I did not take a before picture like I normally do. When confronted he claimed not to notice then said it was damaged when I came in. I know for a fact it was not because I was looking at it right before I took it in.
