Mice and Roaches
I paid a $500 deposit online. They said oh you wasn’t supposed to pay it online. So why was I gave that option? I didn’t get approved. They said I will get a check in 30 days. They won’t give me corporate number and very rude! I need my money to put on a deposit for my apartment.
Please, do not move here. This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The place is infested with pests, and despite multiple complaints, nothing gets properly resolved. Maintenance is extremely rude and unresponsive — good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or follow up on your issues. I strongly advise against moving into Eagle Walk Apartments. Based on my personal experience, the property manager displays discriminatory behavior, particularly toward Black residents. She is consistently unresponsive—rarely answers calls and often claims to be “too busy” to address tenant concerns. The condition of the buildings is unacceptable.
