This place is horrible. It takes weeks to months to fix a problem. I have had to act a fool to get them to address issues in my apartment. Do not move here
I visited Eagles Walk Apartments for a scheduled tour of a two-bedroom unit. However, I chose not to proceed with the tour after seeing the condition of the property. As I approached the building, I immediately noticed trash around the exterior and dirty windows. When the leasing agent opened the entrance door, the inside of the building appeared unkempt. I had made several complaints about the dumpsters facing my back patio, first it was the lazy tenants not putting the trash inside of the dumpsters just throwing it over the fence or tossing it on the ground and the wind blowing it all over the place, that problem seems to be under control now, I know they do not have cameras at the dumpster area but they need to I have witnessed or various times different vechicles dumping trash inside the dumpster they show up in cars, pickup trucks , vans and I don’t mean a few bags they ... read more
Would love for you guys to follow rules that you create. I would not like to smell any cigarettes coming from an Eagle Walks vehicle in front of my apartment. Very unprofessional and ive seen it from multiple employees.
