Please, do not move here. This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The place is infested with pests, and despite multiple complaints, nothing gets properly resolved. Maintenance is extremely rude and unresponsive — good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or follow up on your issues. They advertise this as a “luxury” property, but let me be clear: there is nothing luxury about it. Once they have your money, they simply stop caring. I strongly advise against moving into Eagle Walk Apartments. Based on my personal experience, the property manager displays discriminatory behavior, particularly toward Black residents. She is consistently unresponsive—rarely answers calls and often claims to be “too busy” to address tenant concerns. The condition of the buildings is unacceptable. My experience with this leasing office was extremely unprofessional. During the application process, they failed to return multiple phone calls over the course of a week. I am very glad I did not sign a lease, because it gave me a clear picture of how they operate. If they cannot return a simple phone call to a prospective tenant, I can only imagine how current residents are treated when they have a serious maintenance issue or concern. Office staff are polite. Maintenance is very responsive to your requests. I've been here a couple months now and everything has been great. The pool and exercise room are a plus
I had an issue with my closet door and maintenance came right away and fixed it. Mr. George did an amazing job taking his time fixing my door so it closed with ease!
