Office staff are polite. Maintenance is very responsive to your requests. I've been here a couple months now and everything has been great. The pool and exercise room are a plus
I had an issue with my closet door and maintenance came right away and fixed it. Mr. George did an amazing job taking his time fixing my door so it closed with ease!
It’s not worth living at those apartments. Very trashy, very poor management company/staffing just horrible
This is my second review about the severe AC issues I’ve been having here. I’m a veteran with medical conditions, and I even provided the rental office with a doctor’s note stating that it’s too hot for me to remain living here safely. Despite this, I’ve had two fainting spells inside my apartment because of the heat. Yesterday, maintenance came by after I kept raising these concerns. They knocked on my door a total of three times.
