OMG I just walked into the office and it was very clear to me that equality and inclusion is not one of the strong points here!! Not one person of Color Never-mind. No smiles everyone gives short responses and I’m no longer interested.
Uninhabitable. You’re better off moving into the ghetto. It’s not uncommon catch and spot 50+ mice in your apartments on any given day. They’re in the sink, they’re in your bed, they’re in your couch. The property manager & team are hiring budget exterminators to do small things to try and prevent them but they refuse to do a full scale extermination.
The apartments at eagles walk do have a TON of problems but the staff here are incredible. The leasing office people (like Xavier) are always very helpful and supportive. And a huge SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to the maintenance man, Maurice who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with several maintenance issues yesterday. He was polite, courteous and thorough! He made a very bad pest issue way less stressful. I am veryyyy thankful for his help!
I love my apartment because the rooms are spacious. Also, the fact that I have gas stove is great. Many places only do electric stove. Eagles Walk has both options. The pool is huge with plenty of seating. The staff are very nice and actually remember you by face.
