Thank God we were finally able to get my mom out of this place and move her to a facility with actual trained, skilled and competent staff. In the 2 years my mom was there, 4 different Administrators, 4 different Directors of Nursing and a revolving door of nurses and CNAs. Absolutely nothing we were promised when we toured the facility ever happened in the entire 2 years my mom was there. Complete incompetence from the top down from day one.
