Great location near Kirkwood that has a charm unlike the others!
By far the most accommodating place I've ever rented from! The service is absolutely wonderful, the place is clean, and the property manager knows everyone by name. Would highly recommend!
My fiance and I have recently been looking to move to Cedar rapids. we have a cat and a large dog. we have had seen multiple places that were rude to us, several don't allow pets, and some didn't keep their appointments and wasted our gas/time driving up there. we stopped into eagle point at kirkwood and the staff was above and beyond friendly. they were amazing. showed us apartments, the dog park, the clean landscaping. told us how safe the area is and how well managed and maintained the property is. we were blown away by h... read more
