These are the worst apartments ever the paint Jobs are horrible and everything. Everything from the cabinets in the kitchen from the air conditioner are many years old and they are always raising the rent and are doing nothing to make the apartments better.
This place has rats and roaches, entrance doors are missing all over the place. When you need something fixed they do not show up for a week or more. I visited one apartment whose staircase railing was broken and on the floor. My neighbors have been robbed. The front office pretends to care and does nothing for its residents. Its sad people have to live here. They are always under new management. Again, they have rats and let people who pay rent there live like that. They will be the next Eureka Gardens. I am leaving one star because it won’t let me leave less. This has by far been the worst place to live and I do not recommend signing a lease. I was in a hurry to have a place to live because I had gotten a job in Jacksonville and had to leave my previous home. Instantly I informed the office that the apartment had not just the usual Florida infestation of cockroaches but also had termites eating away at all the wood in the kitchen and that the back door did not lock. It's a good place for the price and is in good area, I move two months ago from Puerto Rico and my Family feel really good the treat, is nice.The apt is big and very clean, have little details but i can't ask for more it can be perfect! I hope the new company do things right because is a great community.
