HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! - Eagles Peak Water seems to have SOLD their company to ReadyRefresh owned by Nestle and has handed over ALL of their customer information to a company that I/Customer has NOT Approved to receive any water from. NOW customers have to go through the process of settling accounts that were NEVER Started with ReadyRefresh/Nestle. This surely is a Breach of Contract that deserves to be addressed.

Eagles' Peak was a small, local company that I was completely happy to support and do business with. Unfortunately as of about a month ago, they were bought out by Nestle. So far, the experience with Nestle has gone exactly as you would expect. Myself and all customers were notified of a delivery fee increase. They have also failed to pickup or deliver my new order for a week straight now, all the while saying that they will ABSOLUTELY be coming the next day.
