Very poor knowledge of availability. High costs and fees.
The service outstanding, the food great. The hostess superb. The only thing parking is challenging. But the restaurant was great. It was my anniversary dinner and they went above and beyond to make it a special evening.
We relocated to Texas in 2008. We were very fortunate to find Bill and Sky to manage our property that we could not sell. We never had to worry when there was a turnover with our tenant. She did background checks on them and always found the best fit. We even had someone move out in December and she had someone in it before Christmas. We had great communication. I bought a house in Camdenton some time back but I didn't think about posting a review until now but found Bill and Sky absolutely the finest folks to deal with. Bill and Sky returned calls within minutes of calling and since I lived in Illinois they were able to meet my schedule in Missouri to the minute when I could get to Missouri to look at property.
