They are no longer privately owned and it has gone down hill fast. All the good reviews are from the privet owner. We realized that very quickly. Had a sink leak and it molded. They covered it with a sheet and said it was fixed. The office workers are worried more about rainbows then doing thier job. Parking is a joke. They rent three bedrooms apartments but only give you two parking spots.... There is not enough spots for everyone to have a vehicle on site. I love this place! It’s located in a safe area and I love the management here! Especially Emily! She has been there to help and answer any questions! This was my first apartment and was the best experience ever! Highly recommend living here! Well worth it!
I highly recommend this apartment! The location is perfect for me as it is near many businesses, yet it’s quiet and private. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. I love that I can have my dog there! The maintenance staff is always on top of things and very professional. It’s so nice to have a garage as well!

Great location with being close to everything on 44th Street, but set back far enough to feel more country. Great size apartments for the affordability compared to other places I searched. Quick responses to work orders. Great place for my family and dog.
