The buildings are a little older and the parking lot is small, but the amenities for the price are well worth it! All of the patios/balconies either face the woods or the golf course to the west. Residents are friendly and management is fantastic!
The staff at Eagle's Nest has been so accommodating as we moved into our new home! It was very evident that they cared about us having a good experience!
Really nice apartments. Modern, clean, and spacious. No complaints about the actual units at all. Maintenance has responded same day to every inquiry. Only downside is the extremely limited parking - don't anticipate having any guests or family visiting. They do inform you during the application process that parking is limited, but it is still unfortunate and the only real complaint I have. They are no longer privately owned and it has gone down hill fast. All the good reviews are from the privet owner. We realized that very quickly. Had a sink leak and it molded. They covered it with a sheet and said it was fixed. The office workers are worried more about rainbows then doing thier job. Parking is a joke. They rent three bedrooms apartments but only give you two parking spots.... There is not enough spots for everyone to have a vehicle on site.
