Always great food and service. Never been disappointed

went there a three weeks ago ordered steak well done came out burn and not cook sent it back and when it came back out it was not worth eating took home for my dogs, management did not offer to do anything called back in Monday and talked to her again and was told that the normal cook was off and that the next time it should be ok . Annoyed with our take out service today. Ordered 2 crab cake sandwiches and 2 cream of crab soups. Got home and no soup in the bag. They took our number when we ordered, so they should have called once they realized they didn't give us the soup. We live too far to go back, so we called and informed the manager about what happened. She said we could come back next week to pick up the soups or she would refund us the money. Didn't make any attempt to right the wrong. Will not be back!
Great food and a great view down into downtown York Pa!
Best crabcake
Waited for 45 mins after I ordered my food to just get my dinner rolls then watched the people who came in 20 minutes after we did get their food. Here we are still waiting to eat. And have only seen our waitress twice. Once to bring drinks and 45 min later to bring rolls. Will not return this is horrible service.
