We had a great dinner. We were waited on by Chritine, who was awesome and treated us better than family! Thank you Christine! The food was delicious as always!
We were there last night for dinner. Our waitress was very nice, I guess the only good thing they have. First off, my wife ordered a piña colada which tasted like water and sugar (absolutely disgusting), when it was time to order food she ordered a NY strip with fries and cole slaw. Don't waste your money here ! Terrible. We give it one star at the very most. They apparently, do NOT know what the meaning of a reservation is. Made reservations for husband's birthday & told them I wanted a window seat. They honored neither of those requests. Then it took over one hour just to get our food. Service was spotty at best. The server never did ask my husband if he wanted another drink (as he only had one the whole night). Not enough parking and had to make our own "space". Just overall bad !!!! Great atmosphere, excellent service and food. The best in York County.
Did not like that we were charged $1.50per person for cutting and serving our cake. We have had cakes for many birthdays at other restaurants and have never been charged for cutting and serving our cake. Very dissapointed that we were not even made aware of this until we saw it on our bill!!!
My husband said he made the reservations 3 weeks ago. He asked for a table by the window for the view, as we were celebrating our 10th Anniversary. They brought us upstairs to a table away from the window. With menus placed with our backs to the window. My husband pulled the table out a bit and we sat so we could barely see the view. My husband and I enjoy the Eagles Nest! We have taken numerous out of town and out of the country friends to dine there! Always good food and terrific wait staff!
This was my second visit to the eagle's nest. Both times, it was great. We had a group on Friday and everyone's entree was awesome.
