things break, and the Co is too cheap to repair. I.e, underground sprinklers, faucets, cheap lawn crew that only mow. weeds everywhere, pot holes in parking lot, landscape is awful. decks need painting, hallways filthy dirty, cob webs, filthy walls etc. and I pay $955 ...rent goes up up up but nothing ever gets maintained
Great location! Friendly neighbors! Helpful STAFF! Reasonable pricing and a variety of apartments ... truly a nice place to live!
