RecommendedThey practiced strict COVID guidelines! Since we weren't sure what was wrong with me, they had me come in a side door entrance and put me directly into a room. I felt very safe and they took great care of me. Feeling much better now!
Terrible practice! Will nickel and dime you for everything. Went in to get a prescription refilled, had my vitals taken, spoke to the doctor for 2-3 minutes, and was charged for a level 4 visit - $179! Was literally in the office about 15 minutes. That’s $716/hour for getting a prescription refilled! Very unethical billing practices! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Dr. Netty is a compassionate caring and informative doctor. He was very instrumental in making me feel better. Office staff is wonderful also-Anna Marue and Patricia are professionals! Dr. Netty whom I just met actually called me after hours with test results. He cares about his patients.
I love that ELFP can always get me in every single time I call. I LOVE Nurse Karen Richards Reynolds. I feel she truly cares about me, and I look forward to seeing her, and I've already recommend her to someone that is new to McDonough. The entire staff at the 81/old Jackson office is amazing. I adore everyone there. Thank you all!
