My husband and I take our vehicles to ELAS on a regular basis for the last 3 years or so for car wash services and oil changes. Because they have gained my trust, I recently utilized them to replace the brakes on my vehicle. The front desk manager is a ray of sunshine and engenders a warm, welcoming environment. She is always courteous and is our point person for any concerns that may arise. I can recall only a couple of instances over the last 3 years where I had to address a concern regarding the detailing of our vehicles.... read more
Would of given 5 stars but the clerk at the desk is the worst employer they have, she needs to be removed from a y customer service postion. Maria on the other hand detailed my SUV to perfection, she removed bug spots that no else has been able. She took her time and her customer service was exceptional!

I don't know what happened to this place. Y'all used to be the BEST car wash in Henry County.....now, you're the worst. Why would I want to pay 16$ for a car wash and then have to wipe down the insides and vacuum it myself? I could stay home and do that and save the 16$! You don't have to worry about me ever coming back! �
They did an absolute fabulous job! I will go back and I have all ready recommend Eagles Landing Auto Spa to my friends.
