unless you are in dire straits do not rent there, manager pretty much does as she pleases, half of her maintenance crew lives on property, this includes asst. mgr. Manager boosts she has a Garland cop work security supposedly when he is off duty, and as for the building inspector he is a close personal friend so, so much for reporting building violations. Several of the buildings have been condemned due to black mold problems, yet she knowingly rents a unit or two, no health hazard there !! Well check it out. And the day bef... read more
VERY Bad Management,Real GHETTO AND NASTY and work orders get done in about a month. They are always at lunch or take about 4 hr lunches .People drive around with the radio real loud.Garland Police are ALWAYS there for disturbances and the manager dose not care about it. They wont give you the property management name or number so that you dont complaint and if you do they will harass you till you brake your lease or they Evicted you for false lease violations. Yes these reviews are true. I rented here trying to save money. But you get what you pay for. Our apartment flooded on 4th of july weekend. It took them three days to get the water out we eneded up staying in a hotel because of the smell and mold. They never fixed the carpet or tiles that had been damaged by the water. Not to mention the pest problems. For the record it does not matter how clean u are if one unit has roaches..eventually all the units will have roahces and I mean they are horrible and all of my neighbors have... read more
