It’s been a very pleasant experience the past four months
Not the apartments for you if you live on a fixed income. The rent changes every month and it's never a consistent. They charge you 50 bucks for sewage and they also charge you for the exterior lighting that THEY installed. Most of the tenants are very rude also.
Perfect apartment complex… everyone in the office is so helpful. The pool is beautiful and never too crowded. We love it here.
Big Kudos to the amazing Joan and Ryan for helping me today! Having no warm water is always a surprise and to no avail they were there to help right away. Thank you so much and for such a wonderful community to live in.
Moved into our unit and everything was great. We came from a different state and did all the paperwork via email and online, it wasn't difficult at all. We were never able to come out to do a tour before needing to move in but we are very pleased with how everything looks and the treatment we received from Management and Maintenance.
