Management Team is fabulous. Joan the Manager and Rick the assistant Manager are friendly, very knowledgeable, and love their community. Ryan the Maintenance Manager is very knowledgeable, works on his off days if needed, comes in early when it snows to make sure his community members can safely walk out of the apartments. The entire staff at Eagles Landing go above and beyond their job titles to ensure the community looks good and the residents needs are meet. My husband and I loved living here! The apartments were spacious and the manager Rick was always really nice and helpful! The maintenance was also very helpful! The pool was always clean in the summer and the apartment is close to everything you need.
Was a good place for the first couple of months then we started to notice some substantial changes in the place after that. They would says things where ok to do and then would turn around and tell us they were not. The managment and property manger are not good at being on the same page they stuggle with prompt and proper communication on important lease information or changes in general. My husband and I loved living here at Eagles Landing. We lived here for a year before buying a home. Joan, Rick, and Ryan (I know there’s someone else but I can’t think of his name) have all been so amazing! Maintenance was always done within a day and Joan and Rick were always kind and explained things about our lease/move out fees when we had questions. The team here makes Eagles Landing worth it. I have been living in my apartment about five months now . I Have never have any issue with the Office or anything in the apartment so far. Everything been doing great for me and my family we feel safe And so welcoming. I meet a lot of nice people. I love being a part of the community. When I met Joan and Rick that’s how I know I was in the right community. I’m glad I met them.
