Don’t live here!! All the apartments are like from the 80’s with popcorn walls and drop ceilings and they don’t offer to update them at all but wanna charge modern prices!!! The washer and dryers are constantly broken and them take forever to fix them!! They also charge 2.25 per wash and pet dryer and they are both very small and constantly breaking. There are no real amenities for the price!! There is no gym,pool,bbq area and 1980s apts and charge what a new apt is going for it’s ridiculous!!

Update.. promised resolution Thank you . Dumpster pickups at 430am again ..wakes the entire neighborhood despite previous complaints. There are city noise ordinances but they dont care.
