im not sure about this apt. I have lived here for awhile. it is cheap and clean but the managers arent that nice and understanding. i wouldnt recomment anyone live there. it isnt in the best area but if you dont care then i guess its ok to live im telling all my friends not to
I have lived in Eagles Lair for 3 years now and have had no problems. Being that it is in a terrible part of Lakewood out of all the surrounding apartments I think Eagles Lair is your best bet. Rent is cheap, manager is awesome, people and kids are great too!
I have lived here over 2 years now and have lived in apts for the last 7 years. Eagles lair ( even tho near I-5 i..ts quite) Neigbhors are super quite and kids here are very behaved, the few that we have around this complex. The apt Manger is amesome. Shes on site so if you nned something during hours of course, shes right there. The landscaping is well kept, my apt was emtermaly clean when i moved in it and the price for my 2 bedroom with firplace was to good to be true.
