We moved in August 27 2013 to an unbelievably loud poorly constructed apartment and the apartment felt like the people above us were going to fall through the roof. It is like living in a cardboard box when it rains bowling balls We spent the first few days sleeping on the floor at previous apartment and even went to a hotel. Not Sold – The location and lay out are desirable and the apartments are fairly inexpensive. However, the communication between landlord/ tenants is lacking. Being in a customer relations position myself, if I dealt with my clients the way the staff here deals with us, I would be out of a job. Our hot water has been out for three days and the staff claims that it is on when we are at work. Well that doesn't help me. Our heat was out for two days in December. Yes TWO DAYS!
