Don't do it. DON'T DO IT. I stayed here for about a year and it was uncomfortable to say the least. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing. I can could hear every footstep, his alarm in the morning, TV, EVERYTHING. There is mold everywhere due to the HVAC unit and I always had a infestation of fruit flies since the windows were not sealed property. Please DO NOT live here. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT live here. I've been living year 1 year, my lease ends next month. From the beginning I've had problems with this place. When we first did a walkthrough, I asked that my tub drain be unclogged, and the tub faucet to be fixed to not drip. I had to leave a review before anyone came to my apartment to fix the drain, and the worker ignored the drip, even though it was listed on his paperwork. Excellent place A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The laundry rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with excellent management
