I asked for a standard cleaning + the windows/sills. A 3 hour job turned into a 5.5hr job that STILL wasn’t done by the time I got back. The owner/manager of the company did a walkthrough with me and still said it would only take 3 hours with one cleaner. At the end of three hours I came back and they had only done the windows and nothing else. My project for Eagles' was not a typical house cleaning. I had a wall that was stained and the paint was damaged from a lamp. It looked awful, but the Eagles technician applied knowhow and care to get it sanded, scrubbed, and repainted in exactly the right color. Now it looks great! I would hire them again because of their professionalism and attention to detail.
