Eagles bay apartments the grounds are professionaly done but there is no mainten a nce and the hallways are ghetto
Remarkable! The new Property Manager is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient! I was indubitably impressed!
Dryers in communal, laundry room don’t work half the time because coin slots are always getting jammed and we are pretty much dependent on them due to not having any washer or dryer hook ups in our own apartment it’s very frustrating not being able to get your clothes dried properly after washing them.
No on-site manager or maintenance for after hours and weekends. Units are not handicap accessible, so wheelchairs and walkers do not fit into the bathroom. Apartment complex does have an elevator. Appliances in apartments are from the 70"s and 80's. Living room has no lights in it and you must use lamps. Laundry room has no change machine.
