I am a lawyer and one of my clients live here. I have witnessed first hand staff treating tennants like its a halfway house. If you even leave or return home be prepared to get a noise complaint weekly. Remnants come and go. Don't let the cheap rent fool you.
They helped horrible people get away with felonies and charged me outrageous amounts after I was brutally harassed at there complex I lived there 3 years before this and gave them no problems. They refused to let me add a addition lock for security. These people will rape you while you sleep don't go here
This is the worst place i have ever lived in my life. the management is horrible, completely inconsiderate and treat you like garbage. Not to mention there is absolutley no parking at all and if you park anywhere they will tow your car and charge you $300. Trust me take your money elsewhere
Eagle Pointe is a great place. I just moved in last month and the office staff made it very easy and helpful for me. I love my new apartment. I would tell anyone I know this is a great place to be.
