Richard Brinker is NOT an oral & maxillofacial surgeon. He is a general dentist. Please stop referring to him as an oral surgeon. He may be a good dentist (I have no idea). I do not mean to disparage him. He is a dentist who rotated and observed surgeons which is a very common practice for dentists immediately post dental school, especially dentists who participated in General Practice residencies.
Had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday. The assistant is a genuinely wonderful and helpful person, and the surgeon exudes an aura of confidence, intelligence, and warmth. They work quickly, efficiently, precisely, and tactfully as a team and got the extraction done in about 20 minutes (only about five minutes of which involved any actual pulling.) We paid the bill in full since it was out of network. The receptionist said she'd submit to our insurance and never did. Spent MONTHS and MONTHS trying reach their office. Left NUMEROUS voice-mails. Not once did we get a call back. Finally got to the office when they'd decided they would be open and obtained the bill. Unfortunately need to go back to get their insurance number for the claim form. Hopefully can get this resolved by May (the one year timely filing limit).
Had a tooth pulled on Friday ,the Dr was just amazing, made me feel so comfortable along with some humor which was awesome. His assistant was also very nice, and polite yet funny also. Just what I needed being very nervous. I would certainly recommend this Dr. for any tooth procedure you might need. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!
Had too have 3 teeth pulled. Have only had bad and painful experiences in past with extractions. Well no worries about that here!! Dr Brinker is Awesome!! Didn’t feel a thing! Also Michelle was super helpful with everything Would recommend this office to everyone Would give six stars if I could!
