Terrible service. Rude staff. Never going back. They wasted my whole Saturday afternoon. I was in the waiting room for 3 hours while they let everyone else in before me. My booking was at 1pm and eventually had to leave. I was booked in and was made to wait 3hrs.
I am writing this as a concerned parent and former long-term patient. Our family were patients at this practice for approximately eight years because the doctors themselves are very good. That is the only reason my daughter continues to attend. Several years ago, I had an extremely distressing experience with reception while trying to make an urgent appointment for my very unwell pregnant daughter. Ever since moving nothing but problems they dont have their phones working for the first hour or more of the day with a list of other problems
I just called the reception of Eagleby family practice as I was looking for a new GP, and I was very rudely attended to on the phone. There was no service mindedness nor just common courtesy of being nice to a stranger on the phone asking about the clinic and the DRs listed on the website. We will not be going to this clinic despite it being the best located one for me and my family.
