Maintenance requests- on top of it. Cleaning and whatnot-they get'r done. Quite place, people seem to know when to keep the noise down, and are respectful enough- so far anyway- so good. I might recommend the place to someone - if I knew anyone- I'm new to Fargo, so... happy trails 😀🤘rock on...
After living in this building for just over 3 years I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. My building complaints would be: Constant smell of marijuana/ cigarettes, Continuous domestic disputes (multi person fight right outside my door), Frequent visits from police, People not picking up dog poop, Encounters with aggressive dogs, Constant smell of urine in elevator, Garbage in hallways/ stairwell / front entrance / around grounds and around dumpster, Vomit in various places including hallways / elevators and directly in ... read more
The property management is not good at all! Don't ever step foot on there property when it's icy out! According to them due to mother nature if you fall on our property we are not responsible for anything!
I just moved in here 2 weeks ago and it has become one of the worst decisions of my life. Between the broken appliances, black mold, and laggy maintenance. It is currently run by Meridian property management. Plenty of other good places in town.
Quick maintenance, management does their best to keep the place clean, and the underground parking gets cleaned fairly regularly.
