I'd actually prefer to give you no stars. Absolutely horrible "customer service", or lack thereof. The Demi lovato concert on Sunday was a MESS! None of your staff knew answers to any questions I had, nor did they seem to care that people couldn't figure out which line they needed to be in! It's raining, yet your staff made sure they stayed nice and dry indoors.
