Excellent quality of services for my clients in house purchases
I will be closing my account as soon as I have opened a replacement elsewhere. Today they messed up another deposit for me, despite my confirming with the teller that I was cashing my paycheck (I am the business owner paying myself, they also hold my business account, for now) and depositing the cash, and her nodding in understanding, the money is being held. Your mobile app won't recognize my phone number so I can't access my account. Your tech support is worthless (non existent) since it's only open during banking hours. Looks like I'll be banking elsewhere. It would be nice if someone returned calls, since you don't actually answer your phone.
