Tried to get a PPP loan from Eagle and it went nowhere. The sad thing is that due to poor communication we were never told how unlikely it would have been to have gotten the loan through. This prevented us from taking action with a bank that could have actually gotten it done.

Could you believe that a bank of this stature would literally steal ~$20K from a customer?! Ignore the Eagle Bank fictional Code of Ethics unless anyone thinks white collar theft is ethical? It happened & well documented. They took me through the laborious exercise of underwriting, I paid ~$20K in settlement costs & then Eagle underwriters required our property had to be rezoned to commercial, which was impossible, even though I gave them our residential building & zoning permits prior to. Working in the Eaglebank Arlington would be a nightmare for anyone.The both employees will make up stories about you and your family to get you terminated.The manager will talk about your personal life and ask you personal questions about your life.Manager and supervisor turn down to open products or accounts for customers without running check systems just by the way you might look or if they think you don't have much money .
