I would rather lick a belt sander than go in here. The only thing you can count on is there cashiers coming up with a new way to not be helpful. Sometimes they just don’t take deposits, sometimes they’ll just invent a reason to not make change for you. It’s honestly impressive that they are consistently so bad. The staff at the Dupont Circle branch is exemplary. Eaglebank if you read this, please give them all a raise. Every single time I have gone in, they are so wonderful and helpful. You have a model bank branch on your hands thanks the amazing team you have there.
