Online CD denied. Current Cds and I'm getting the run around trying facilitate what to do now that..CDs are maturing. Said credit frozen. Was not true opened 4 others while waiting on bogus decision. Credit literally 833. Management please contact me leave me a link.
Quality customer service. Tellers and customer service representatives are knowledgeable and professional. Short wait time and the interest rates are the highest in the area.
EagleBank has improved their customer service and I am pleased and optimistic that they will continue to have better customer service. It is imperative to be treated decently when a bank is handling your money. Even if it is, what some may consider, a small deposit, it is hard-earned money. We need to feel like our business is appreciated.
This bank has the most rude, disrespectful customer service reps I have ever experienced. They answer the phone in a rude tone. It is truly inexcusable. A decent company would have their people answering the phone with a kind, welcoming tone if they wanted to keep their jobs. This is just bad business. I am reconsidering my business with this bank. *I will be happy to update this review when I am sure the attitude has made a positive change at EagleBank.
