Online CD denied. Said credit frozen. Was not true opened 4 others while waiting on bogus decision. Credit literally 833
Can not get a hold of a representative after 6pm. Locked out of my account Friday night and can't talk to anyone until Monday morning.
My business has been banking with Eagle Bank since March 2020. The folks at the Chinatown branch have been uniformly welcoming and extremely accommodating to us in every way.
Line around the corner on a Friday, 4 tellers working but every window is closed but one perhaps they should only have one teller doing office work so they can handle the line in a timely fashion
