Had my hvac installed by another company. I’ve had issues with my ac unit for the last couple of months. Eagle Air came out and fixed the problem in just an hour. It’s been great ever since!
We purchased a new home from DRHorton who used Eagle Air to install the HVAC. We had and still have problems with the unit. Eagle air came out 2 times to address the same problem while the unit was under warranty. The problem still exists, however the warranty expired and they refuse to come out unless I pay out of pocket. I contacted DRhorton, they don’t care. Our neighbor had the same problem. We now have to hire another company to address the problem.
I had Eagle Air for my air conditioning thermostat Blank totally, and I called at evening and the lady answered my phone and tried to help till late night. Ron arrived promptly and completed the job with remarkable speed and precision. He was climbing high up to the attic and fixed the problem. Eagle Air exceeded my expectations in every way. GREAT customer service! Perfect timing too because they were able to send someone out the same day I called. They've spared us from this summer heat and foreseeable headaches! They went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with a part on our AC that stopped blowing cold air.
