Such an easy & amazing experience. Very friendly staff who make you feel more than welcome. Eboni is really sweet, down to earth & informative. Excited about my new journey here. Highly recommend!!
I love this place!! The whole staff is so caring and professional. NP Eboni is the best and she cheers for my success no matter how big or small!!! If you looking to move your health in a positive direction this is the place.
The staff were very warm, welcoming and professional. My appt. was on time—great! The nursing asst. was delightful and Brittany, the NP, spent time with me and let me talk about food intake among other things and did not rush. It was like having a conversation with a friend (over coffee!). In addition, Abby, Sheryl and another lovely woman at the front desk were very communicative about my next appt. All in all, an excellent first visit! Looking forward to going back as they guide me on my weight-loss journey!
DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE. The office manager is unprofessional and will not allow you to communicate with your provider. I also would venture to say that it is possible that the office manager has cost the practice a lot of patients and a lot of money. In one occasion she bragged to me how she banned someone from the practice for getting upset with her. Don’t waste your money here. In addition to unprofessional behavior, the staff is unwelcoming and acts as if you are bothering them when you come to their office.
I’ve been coming to Eagle wellness for around a year now, and absolutely love it. The front desk staff are welcoming and kind, From check in to check out, and the providers have been amazing. I am writing this review now, because I was recently seen elsewhere to establish primary care, after being referred by My Eagle wellness provider, And it was like night and day In comparison. This makes me even more grateful for the professionalism and Quality care of been receiving at Eagle Wellness. I highly recommend this office ❤️
