This place is disgusting 5 landlords in 2 years all of them fired from smoking meth in office the last landlord is wanted by feds now from stealing enough from clear point apts and wyoming and eagle watch I've been here 5 years paid every penny of my rent now they brought the most hateful women I've ever had the displeasure of meeting in and she's evicting us and alot of family's where are rent was stolen from sheronda Bailey. The mice here are so bad I hate it here I been lied to so many times. If I could post pictures and videos of it I would because I am traumatized from all this. They don't care. I would give a no star.
I've had a lot of issues since I moved in 4yrs ago. I could never get any answers or help from the office. I was going to move out at the end of the month. But when I tried to turn my keys in at the office I met the new manager Candace. She listened to all I had to say and talked me into giving her a chance to make it right. Within 1 week I had new carpet, new fridge, new stove, pest control came to apt, my broken blinds were replaced and the leak in my ceiling was fixed. WOW...I couldn't believe it! Thank you Candace. I've had nothing but problems and trouble since I moved in this place... Till now. The new manager Candace has actually started to turn this place around. She's the first one I've ever seen actually be out walking around the complex. Shes always smiling and always stops to talk to us. Even when you can tell she's really busy she still makes time to stop and answer questions. So happy she's here!
