Horrible experience. They refuse to remove a previous tenants balance from the apt. Instead they tact it in to my balance. Then sent a eviction notice thif I dont pay it. I asked mgmt multiple times to remove the old tenants balance. They still haven't done anything. I also did not recieve my free first month agreement for a move in promotion they advertised at the time. For October if you moved in before Sept 26 2024. Eagle Watch removed the first property Mgr. This place is disgusting 5 landlords in 2 years all of them fired from smoking meth in office the last landlord is wanted by feds now from stealing enough from clear point apts and wyoming and eagle watch I've been here 5 years paid every penny of my rent now they brought the most hateful women I've ever had the displeasure of meeting in and she's evicting us and alot of family's where are rent was stolen from sheronda Bailey.
