Very courteous and informative. Both the assistant and the doctor were very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. I've been an Eagle One customer for several years now and I've been satisfied with their customer service.
Update: At my annual appointment I asked not to have the contact fitting and was told that I cannot purchase contacts from them unless I pay for the fitting. So I’ll order from somewhere else, but that seems like a poor business plan. I changed my rating from 3 to 1 star and we will not be returning. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. During my most recent visit, I noticed a charge for contact lens fitting. When I asked why it was there, the staff told me it’s required if you’re going to purchase contacts from them... read more
