My appointment was incredibly rushed by the doctor, just as other reviews state. She was moving entirely too fast during the exam and I left feeling unconfident in the prescription provided. Once I received my glasses that I had made elsewhere (due to the exam experience) the prescription didn’t feel accurate and when contacting the office for a re-check, I was told I’d have to pay for the doctor to check the glasses to make sure they were made right, before she would do a re-check. We are very grateful to Dr K and the staff for getting my husband in quickly and diagnosing his detached retina. As part time residents, we hadn’t established an optometrist yet. Others said it would be weeks before they could see him, but it was only two days to see Dr K. Once she examined him, she got him an appointment with a retina specialist immediately. Now his vision is returning and he’s recovering nicely. Thank you!
5 star service. Ladies are friendly and great to work with. Knowledgeable and very patient. They made adjustments to see my self my wife and two kids. Will be back yearly for our checkups
I just read some of the negative reviews and am sorry for those folks experience. I have been going to Eagle Vision for several years now and my experience has been like the positive reviews. The staff is very good: positive, helpful, knowledgeable, and all-around nice folks to interact with. I have developing glaucoma. Dr Khankhanian spends very adequate time examining me. She explains things so that this 87 year old person understands what she is explaining. I believe this office is about as good an office as you are going... read more
The Eagle Vision staff was knowledgeable & efficient. Dr. K. performed an excellent & thorough eye exam with clear explanations. Using the projected vision charts Dr. K showed me how inaccurate my old eye RX was. I found cute frames & am so glad I chose Eagle Vision.
