Pretty good experience especially for my daughter’s first time with an optometrist. Most of the staff is welcoming and friendly. Front desk could use some training on professionalism. A sassy comment was made about my children having different medical insurance than myself and “would be easier if they all had the same”. Yes. It would be. But I prefer to hold the non-custodial parent accountable for their responsibilities. Keep those comments to yourselves ladies.
Dr. K is amazing. She has helped me stay on top of my vision in regards to my diabetes. Very knowledgeable staff. This practice's only downside is how busy they are due to how well Dr. K and her staff run this practice. Definitely recommend Eagle Vision.
Best eye place I’ve ever been. They are all friendly and more than willing to make sure you get exactly what you want. They are knowledgeable and always willing to explain things when questions are asked. Best place for eye exams, glasses and contacts I’ve ever been.
I called this office to ask if they order ski goggle inserts and they said they do. The staff was nice enough but the whole appointment was a very rushed assembly line. Eye exam was super rushed and the doctor seemed impatient. I received a prescription that was very different from my current one. I went to the fitting section and was told they do not do goggle inserts unless you already have the frames. I decided to get new glasses at Costco because I was annoyed about the goggle inserts. My appointment was incredibly rushed by the doctor, just as other reviews state. She was moving entirely too fast during the exam and I left feeling unconfident in the prescription provided. Once I received my glasses that I had made elsewhere (due to the exam experience) the prescription didn’t feel accurate and when contacting the office for a re-check, I was told I’d have to pay for the doctor to check the glasses to make sure they were made right, before she would do a re-check.
