I called this office to ask if they order ski goggle inserts and they said they do. The staff was nice enough but the whole appointment was a very rushed assembly line. Eye exam was super rushed and the doctor seemed impatient. I received a prescription that was very different from my current one. I went to the fitting section and was told they do not do goggle inserts unless you already have the frames. I decided to get new glasses at Costco because I was annoyed about the goggle inserts. I found the visit to be great, but I had to call them back because I didn't receive enough daily contact lenses. Nonetheless, the person I spoke to was not helpful with the situation. Although I paid for everything, they have not offered any assistance to resolve the inconvenience they caused.
My appointment was incredibly rushed by the doctor, just as other reviews state. She was moving entirely too fast during the exam and I left feeling unconfident in the prescription provided. Once I received my glasses that I had made elsewhere (due to the exam experience) the prescription didn’t feel accurate and when contacting the office for a re-check, I was told I’d have to pay for the doctor to check the glasses to make sure they were made right, before she would do a re-check. We are very grateful to Dr K and the staff for getting my husband in quickly and diagnosing his detached retina. As part time residents, we hadn’t established an optometrist yet. Others said it would be weeks before they could see him, but it was only two days to see Dr K. Once she examined him, she got him an appointment with a retina specialist immediately. Now his vision is returning and he’s recovering nicely. Thank you!
5 star service. Ladies are friendly and great to work with. Knowledgeable and very patient. They made adjustments to see my self my wife and two kids. Will be back yearly for our checkups
