Highly recommend going here for all of your vision needs! Wait time is always short, and they accept a wide range of insurances which is nice. All of the staff and Dr.K are super friendly and efficient. They make sure you feel comfortable and let you know step by step what is happening. They make sure to answer any questions. I've been going here for about 8 years now
Be prepared to pay out of pocket for your free exam. My insurance covers a free eye exam and has for years. This time Eagle Vision charged me $25. for so called medical advice. Next time I'll go to my doctor for medical advice for nothing.
Incompetent front desk.. I've been several times and either the girls up front are chatting loudly about their private lives while ignoring the customer or they are not checking what your insurance covers ('because that's not what they do'). At the last appointment I waited a full hour before being seen by the doctor with no one coming in to say anything about a problem, very unprofessional. I'm looking for somewhere else to go on Carson now.
The quality of care at Eagle Vision is excellent! The office is well run and I’m always seen in a timely manner. Staff is professional and friendly.
I had an optometry appointment and chose the glasses I wanted but needed to leave because my appointment went over 2 hours and I had to get to another appointment. When I called to order the glasses four days later, they informed me that I would need to come in person to order the glasses because the PD machine the doctor uses is not accurate.
