Absolutely horrible I have so many pictures of the trash area called the office February 6th letting them know there’s a broken glass bottle in the grass still there. We’re told to to have all decorations taken down after the holidays. It’s February and the office still has corn stalks and hay . I moved in back in 2017, making me the 1st tenant in my beautiful apt. I love it here, it's truly home for me. In hard times they have worked with me and have addressed any issue I've had. The area is growing and now we have an awsome shoprite right next to us. I can only speak honestly on my experience! It's truly been a blessing

If you are looking for honest and trustworthy people I would seriously apply somewhere else. They told me on many occasions that since I was at the top of the waiting list finally after a few years, they had a place ready for me. They even went as far as to telling me the exact house number I would be moving into(#17k). They collected money for my background check and apartment inspection both of which i have not received back yet.
