This ownership is the worst! With all the complaints about bad maintenance and poor management we have now been informed by this communist ownership that we must remove our American flag from in front of our Apartment or face being evicted. WE are not permitted to have an American flag on this property, "CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT". So, we removed our American Flag on April 26,2025.
This is about The Preserve at Red Run in Owings Mills,Md 21117. Conifer advertises it is a NON SMOKING community but allows such,anyway. When you complain and have evidence of who the violator is, they do nothing as the same residents are still living here months later. If you have respiratory problems or young children whom you do not want to breathe in cigarette or marijuana smoke, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
