I’ve been a resident at Eagle View for over 8 years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the new property management. Rent continues to increase, yet there’s no effort to support longtime residents who have always been in good standing. My carpet is over 10 years old and literally falling apart. The paint is an old matte “biscuit” shade that can’t be spot cleaned, and it shows every mark and stain. I have lived here for just under a year, and I have a had a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond. Any issues you have, they can help resolve or send you to someone who can. Tim has helped my mother a handful of times with various things. The office staff are amazing and always putting together events and keeping the coffee bar stocked for residents. It is dog and kid friendly which is hard to find. The area is clean and during the winter, they have snow plows always going and someone salting the sidewalks. We we... read more
We just renewed our lease for a second year and are very happy here. Staff is always courteous and responsive and Dale and Nick, the only maintenance people I have interacted with have been knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues we have had.
Repaired our refrigerator handle very quickly
We have lived here 8 years. On numerous occasions Jimmy, Dale and Henry have always been there whenever we had issues. People with Great Character and Skills ! Friendly, Respectful and Trustworthy. Thanks Guys For All You Do !!! Billy & Martha Ann
