We just moved to Eagle View Apartments from across the country without ever seeing the unit in person, and we couldn’t be happier! The amenities are wonderful, everything was ready for us when we arrived, and even a small hiccup with internet access was taken care of right away. The leasing office and maintenance staff has been so friendly and communicative—we really appreciate it. We already feel at home here!

I’ve been very happy with my recent move to Eagle View! The application and move In process went very smoothly and all of my questions were usually answered within the same day! The community up here is very large, but all of the amenities are still within walking distance of my apartment. The fitness centers are wonderful and always very clean. I also needed maintenance shortly after moving in and they sent someone to fix my issue the next morning. Overall it has been a great experience!

I’ve lived at Eagleview for 2 years, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this complex to anyone. I genuinely feel unsafe and unwanted here. Management has allowed an employee to violate the “Quiet Enjoyment” clause of my lease by ignoring repeated harassment from a maintenance worker. Despite reaching out directly to the Assistant Property Manager, nothing was done. My car has been broken into four times. Not because it was left unlocked, but physically broken into during the night. Still, no added security measures... read more

We recently moved into Eagle View. The leasing office was very helpful, answering all our questions, and making the move-in process very smooth. So far, maintenance has been very timely to fix anything we find, within a day or two of the request. The pool is very nice and relaxing to go to. There is a gym with most of the basic gym equipment. This apartment complex is described and advertised as “luxury.” We lived here three years. We brought a baby home here. But we weren’t the only ones that lived in our two bed bedroom apartment for 3 years. We were surrounded and INFESTED with ants. Not only does the complex have someone that they employ from an outside agency that comes in and has pages upon pages of units to spray because everyone has issues, but we had maintenance come, and we had spent thousands of our own dollars on pest control.
