I’m really not impressed with Jeanne Barr! She canceled on me twice! I waited over a month for an appointment. Thankfully I was able to get in at another dentist almost immediately! Good thing because I had an infection in my face!!! Had I kept waiting around for these people to get it together things could have been much worse. I don’t recommend. Just go somewhere else. The only good thing I can say is the front desk lady was helpful and nice.
I drove 65 miles to get to the office. I was delayed by road work and traffic. I knew I had a 10 minute window and according to my phone I was two minutes within the window. But the receptionist said I was two minutes late, and they refused to treat me. Avoid this office if you can.
Justine, Devon, and the rest of the staff have been a tremendous help to me during this time that I have been having trouble keeping up with things and understanding all that has been going on since being released from the hospital after my stroke. Many thanks to everyone at Eagleview.
Dr Yang is a great dentist. My kids did great and he helped make the experience less scary !
