Went to get my teeth cleaned. I have no insurance, the receptionist said with bit wing x-rays and cleaning would be not over 250.00. After the x-rays they said i needed a deep cleaning, and charged me 215.00 dollars, wit no cleaning. I waited 3 days for a estimate. I think i will just go somewhere else. Save your time and money and don't go here! One unhappy patient!
I was unaware that the surveys were mandatory. I personally, am not a fan of surveys, so being notified that if it was not filled out, then they would not get their money from the government and I would not be able to be seen anymore..... I will be transferring my care to the mammoth location or i will be taking my business to another practice all together.
Horrible experience, The front desk women are very nice, but the dentists are horrible and very unexperienced. I went in to get my bridge re-cemented and the dentist who is Dr. Martinez, said he would go ahead and put a temporary cement in there until I get my implants and then changed his mind and left me with a bridge that wasn’t even in my mouth and no front teeth and the assistant to him was no help at all as well. I’m really not impressed with Jeanne Barr! She canceled on me twice! I waited over a month for an appointment. Thankfully I was able to get in at another dentist almost immediately! Good thing because I had an infection in my face!!! Had I kept waiting around for these people to get it together things could have been much worse. I don’t recommend. Just go somewhere else. The only good thing I can say is the front desk lady was helpful and nice.
I drove 65 miles to get to the office. I was delayed by road work and traffic. I knew I had a 10 minute window and according to my phone I was two minutes within the window. But the receptionist said I was two minutes late, and they refused to treat me. Avoid this office if you can.
