Terrible customer service. They had an employee named "Victoria" who obviously didn't care about anything in life.. horrible attitude and acted like she was too entitled to be there.. please hire employees who actually want to work..
employees should be more interested in the customer than being on the gram. Tried to come in and spend money. Girl said i needed to call. Said i was right there. She caught an attitude while being on her phone. I come there regularly and you guys were one of my favorite vape shops. Ill take my business to another local store seeing that things are already tough enough and what ever that was on her phone was more important than helping a customer. Good luck
completely rude. wouldn't recommend this place. HORRIBLE customer service. the girl that answered the phone was annoyed and rude. Just lost a customer. I will definitely make sure my friends that vape DO NOT go to this place. someone NEEDS a class on how to talk to people!!!!!!
Wow just wow, all the business and money they took from me and they ruined any future business thanks to their employee Colton. I Didn't want a refund or and money back. Just wanted to exchange an unopened brand new item purchased from them just a week ago. Very rude and argumentative with me for nothing. But I hope this $7 purchase I lost was worth it, after the money lost from me and every friend I tell about your business on the back end. I love this place ! The selection here is massive and I always spend so much time looking at everything. The employees are so helpful and kind. Definitely a great vape shop!
Worst service ever experienced any vape shop .A complete ass works there no one I know will ever go there a whole generation of smokers switching to the vape. What a smart mouth little punk. The guy was at least polite when he had long hair .I guess cut the hair an went his manner. Never again will I spend id like to shove this cotton and this juice I bought there where the sun don't shine.
Everyone here is awesome! I never go anywhere else
