I PRAY GOD LOOKS OVER THE RESIDENTS AT THIS FACILITY. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER!!! My family member was there for only 3 days when I noticed he was struggling. All concerns fell on deaf ears, no one took responsibility nor took action. I pleaded for him to be evaluated. I talked to anyone and everyone on the phone and in person. On his 8th day, he was rushed to the emergency room near death. Oh boy where do I start with this facility ? First and foremost I would like to say that I was very grateful to work for Eagle Valley. Though my time ended because of the ***** in the front office, I still want to say my time here since 2019 was GREAT! I felt like The Valley was my family. I done met some real decent people from staff, family members and residents. I love all of yall who loved me which was everybody except the ***** in the front office. The staff is great with caring for the residents and the director is a very respectful, professional and very sincere and genuine with her residents♥️

The staff and manager Q are an amazing team back in the all female memory care unit! They treat the residents like family and watch out for them as their own! I would highly recommend this memory care unit to your loved one! They are exceptional!!
