Oh boy where do I start with this facility ? First and foremost I would like to say that I was very grateful to work for Eagle Valley. Though my time ended because of the ***** in the front office, I still want to say my time here since 2019 was GREAT! I felt like The Valley was my family. I done met some real decent people from staff, family members and residents. I love all of yall who loved me which was everybody except the ***** in the front office. The staff is great with caring for the residents and the director is a very respectful, professional and very sincere and genuine with her residents♥️
The staff and manager Q are an amazing team back in the all female memory care unit! They treat the residents like family and watch out for them as their own! I would highly recommend this memory care unit to your loved one! They are exceptional!!
I have worked at EVM 2x now. I have been a Unit Manager and MDSC while at the facility. One thing I can say about EVM is they really try to make a residents stay at the facility as best as can be. If there is an issue, they try to fix it quickly and try to sure it doesn't happen again. Love the management team!
