I’m a new member but I quite like this gym. I usually come in the late morning/early afternoon because I work evenings so I can’t speak for the early morning but whenever I go it’s typically not crowded. Good machines

Great gym and environment, a little on the small side. I love supporting local so it’s worth it though.
I really liked this place! I went here for six months before moving to another town. I usually focus more on functional training and this place was perfect for what I needed. I typically went around 8pm and it was never too busy. I never had to change my workout because something wasn’t available. Great value for the price!
Place hasn't replaced or updated equipment in yrs. Duplicate machines and unused cardio equipment take up unnecessary space. Get rid of some of the old unused equipment and spend some money on stuff that would actually get used like a real spin bike, etc.
