I’m a new member but I quite like this gym. I usually come in the late morning/early afternoon because I work evenings so I can’t speak for the early morning but whenever I go it’s typically not crowded. Good machines

Great gym and environment, a little on the small side. I love supporting local so it’s worth it though.

I really liked this place! I went here for six months before moving to another town. I usually focus more on functional training and this place was perfect for what I needed. I typically went around 8pm and it was never too busy. I never had to change my workout because something wasn’t available. Great value for the price!
