Betro Floorings provided and completed a great service to this client John Thieme. There were extra cost that were explained (verbally HUGE MISTAKE) and agreed upon with John Thieme. After project was completed (extra work and all) John refused to pay for bill in full (still has outstanding balance). We always do our best to work with our clients and build a trust with them, but it is not OK to badmouth our company simply because you don’t want to pay for extra cost that were agreed upon.
